We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from the date of your order providing the goods are in stock. Customers will be contacted within this period should there be an unexpected delay or if the goods are out of stock.
The delivery charge is dependent upon the weight of the goods ordered and the destination shipping address. Parcels under 5kgs with the UK will be charged at £6.00, for consignments above 5kgs please contact the store for a delivery quotation. Please contact the store for a quotation for international delivery which will be based on destination and weight of the goods.
Rubber sole offer free delivery on all orders above £100 within the UK.
ALL kids shoes qualify for free delivery within the UK.
All UK goods will be shipped via Parcelforce and international goods via Royal Mail International Registered. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Responsibility passes to the customer at the point of signature.
Parcels sent via Royal Mail International Registered provide for a signature on delivery and compensation for loss or damage during transit. You should note that some countries (notably USA and Canada) do not recognise compensation limits associated with the International Registered service and as a result we do not offer this alternative to those destinations.
Goods delivered within the UK are offered on a 2-5 day delivery service from point of dispatch. If you wish to view the status of your order please e-mail orders@rubber-sole.com and we will provide you with a consignment number providing the goods have been dispatched. You can then track your goods via www.parcelforce.co.uk.
If your goods have not arrived within the 2-5 day window please contact us via e-mail and we will investigate. Please ensure that your delivery corresponds with the invoice and advise of any discrepancy upon receipt of the goods at orders@rubber-sole.com
Note: We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery prior to the removal and disposal of packaging and tags. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in the goods not being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered without tags please notify us by return of e-mail.
